It appears that several of the Visionwall display frames in size 20×30, have magnets that are not strong enough to hold that size acrylic panel. The result is that the acrylic cover slips and falls off the frame once it is mounted on a wall. The manufacturer has immediately begun investigating the cause of this, and therefore possibly the remedy, but in the meantime please do NOT sell any of this size frame and please do not display it on your own store walls. All the other sizes appear to be unaffected. It is just the 20″x30″.
HP Designjet T120 & T520 Printer Series – Changes to the color label of HP 711 ink cartridge labels
The labels of HP 711 ink cartridges recently changed, and some customers have shown concern that the new cartridges are not genuine HP products. The purpose of this communication is to outline the difference between the old and new cartridges, and to reassure that both are genuine, and valid HP products.
